Ciel Consultancy Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated in 2023 and works from Petaling Jaya, Selangor. We connect industrial and commercial buyers with verified producers, and support companies developing new business across a range of sectors.
Commodity trade runs on two things: knowing who is real, and being able to reach them. A great deal of what circulates in this market is neither. Our work begins by separating the two.
Ciel acts as a facilitator and intermediary on behalf of buyer or seller principals, with our role stated clearly for each transaction. We identify and verify counterparties, carry an enquiry through specification, offer and terms, and stay on the transaction through documentation, inspection and delivery.
Alongside sourcing, we support companies entering new markets and sectors — finding credible partners and opening the conversations that matter, including solar power projects developed in collaboration with Pensolar Sdn. Bhd.
Our network spans Southeast Asia, Europe and Japan, and is built on established relationships rather than cold introductions.

How we do business
Verification first, every time.
- KYC before terms
- A Client Information Sheet is exchanged and verified before commercial terms are discussed. Supporting corporate documents are provided on request.
- Banking at contractual stage only
- Bank details are issued only at the contractual stage, on company letterhead, signed by the authorised signatory.
- No bank changes by email
- Ciel will never change bank details by email alone. Any change is confirmed in writing and by telephone.
- Defined role per transaction
- We act as facilitator or intermediary on behalf of buyer or seller principals, with the role stated for each transaction.
